So I have seen a few blogs on Carolina place and just came across yours and realized we will be in the same neighborhood. (C. Creek) We are also building a Carolina place lot C2 so excited to read your blog. Any suggestions on the process?
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the neighborhood! Everyone is really friendly here. I would say take lots of pictures especially before the drywall goes up so you know where your studs and pipes and wiring is for when you start hanging things in your home. Visit the site as often as you can to monitor the process to make sure things are as they should be and enjoy. Once the building starts the fun and anticipation really begins! Our community is filling up so fast! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for the advice. Yes I believe there is only 1 lot left for phase 1 I work in architecture and development so I know as of now Ryan homes will not be apart of phase 2 so we wanted to jump on this community since it is close to everything we know.
