Let the framing begin! July is full of progress!

JULY 2016

This is my first house purchase and my first experience building a house. Nick has previously experienced both so he knew what to expect. Either way, we are both amazed in how they build these homes. We were ecstatic when we pulled up and saw that the wood had arrived which meant framing was about to get started. There was also a large delivery of stone. Our home was about to start looking like a home. :)

The last Friday drive by for July. Nick was out of town so I brought the next best thing... Leonidas. Leo has no idea what he is in store for with this house. He was just happy to go for a car ride. 

August should be full of plumbing, HVAC, drywall, and maybe even some siding?!?! A girl can dream. Every day is a day closer to late September when this should all be done and ready for move in!!
